  Please beware before purchasing DR Horton homes in River Station. Do your due diligence via inspectors. I have a brand new home and from day one it’s been nothing but issue after issue after issue. To make it worse the warranty company is slow to respond to emergencies and communication is near nonexistent. My downstairs bathroom has flooded twice. Not to mention a leak underneath the kitchen sink. And this is just day 42 of living in this home. Asking for repair times or updates is like pulling teeth. They simply don’t respond. I’ve had to go on Twitter, send emails to corporate, and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau all within my 1st 40 days of living here. If I knew before I purchased this home what I now know I would have never purchased it. The house looks beautiful on the outside but I’ve had nothing but problems not only with the house but lack of communication/professionalism from their repair personnel. After reading other online reviews I realize that I’m not the only one dealing with this type of issue from this builder. I’m not telling anyone not to buy from this builder but I am saying definitely proceed with caution.
