  The way everything is set up is UNORGANIZED! The employees downstairs are so dry (Especially the latest with the glasses and bad wig), unconcerned, and unsympathetic. They know mistakes are being made but the client is the person who has to endure all of these crazy steps and long waits just to receive benefits. They are staunch and they don't care about people and it's clear! I HATE COMING HERE! You'll stand in line for an hour before you sit upstairs for 5 HOURS! Many of these problems can be alleviated if you could actually SPEAK to a case worker they have it all backwards, no one ever answers the phone to tell you to be in line by 3 to be seen by a case worker, they think it's so easy to keep coming back up here like that's convenient! They're a joke!

  I left a message a week ago and today I have called twelve times. No answer. Did my review before the deadline and no call no nothing. Just sad.
